Important: by completing this form, you are expressing a wish to join a computing course here at the City Learning Centre. It does not guarantee you a place as this is subject to the capacity of the classes as well as your suitability for the course you have chosen, which will be assessed at the informal interview.

When you have completed and sent this form, you will receive notification of an interview date and time by post. The letter will explain what you need to do next, but it is most important that you telephone the number given in the letter to confirm that you will be attending the interview, or to arrange an alternative time.
